Marine Engineers’ Beneficial Association (MEBA): Established in 1875, M.E.B.A. is the oldest maritime labor union in the United States and it represents experienced and skilled engineers and deck officers. M.E.B.A. personnel will provide the 50 operational staff for per facility. M.E.B.A.’s training facility is located in Easton, Maryland.
